TrustKoro ("we", "us") provides a platform to search for businesses, read and write reviews, and manage a public profile. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name (where you provide one), and authentication-related identifiers from our sign-in provider.
• Content you submit: reviews, ratings, business reports, business listings or edits, photos or files you upload, and messages you send to us (e.g. support email).
• Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser type, general location from IP, timestamps, and how you use the site (e.g. pages viewed, search queries) for security, anti-abuse, and product improvement.

How we use your information

We use data to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the service (including search, profiles, and moderation)
• Create and maintain your account and public profile, where applicable
• Display reviews, ratings, and business information to other users
• Detect fraud, spam, and abuse; enforce our terms; comply with the law

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

Security

Children

TrustKoro is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International transfers

Our service may be provided using servers in different countries. Where we transfer data across borders, we do so in line with applicable law and with appropriate safeguards where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change; continued use of TrustKoro after changes means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law. For material changes, we may also notify you in-app or by email.
