These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TrustKoro website and services ("Service") operated by TrustKoro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or 13+ where applicable with a parent or guardian’s consent) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at support@trustkoro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content and license

You may submit reviews, ratings, business information, images, and other content. You represent that you have the rights to your submissions and that they do not infringe others’ rights. You grant TrustKoro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and use your user content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service, subject to your account settings and our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene content
• Impersonate others, manipulate reviews, or coordinate fake ratings
• Attempt to hack, probe, or overload the Service, or bypass security or access controls
• Scrape or collect data in bulk without permission, or use the Service to send spam
• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other actions we reasonably consider necessary, including in response to reports or legal process.

Business listings and information

Information on TrustKoro is user-generated or submitted and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee accuracy. Decisions to engage with a business are yours alone.

Intellectual property

Except for your user content, the Service, including its design, text, and trademarks, is owned by TrustKoro or its licensors. You may not use our name or marks without our prior written permission except for ordinary references to the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTKORO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS, IF THE SERVICE IS FREE, UNLESS LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify TrustKoro and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, or is otherwise inappropriate. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for TrustKoro’s operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer mandatory rules in your country give you additional rights.
